All confirmed and fully paid apparel orders will undergo internal review, quality screening and pre-delivery arrangement within 1 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Shipping fees are calculated individually for each order based on package weight, overall dimensions and final shipping destination. Standard international shipping for all apparel goods takes approximately 15 business days after leaving our warehouse. All quoted delivery schedules are reference values only. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier operational delays, customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, regional logistical restrictions and official holidays across different regions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
